This space personifies outdoor contemporary design.  The space is defined by an ipe and glass cantilevered pergola that is supported with stainless steel cables.  Solid 6x6" ipe posts were used both for aesthetics and as structural material to support the weight of these massive beams.  Stainless steel light fixtures and detailing plan into the stainless appliances in the outdoor kitchen which is anchored with a beautiful Kalamazoo grill and Big Green Egg.  The home features two other outdoor spaces that include custom concrete fire pit, concrete and stainless steel water feature, hot tub and planters.

This garage roof deck creatively combines many items into one space to create a unique space.  While the eight person hot tub is the dominant element, the lounge area, built in bar, custom fire pit and sun chairs create multiple seating areas that can accommodate many guests.  With this project we began by demolishing the existing garage, pouring a new concrete slab, new garage and custom roof deck.
